At Dennis Ritchie School, we deeply believe that every child carries a great future within. Our role goes beyond teaching reading, writing or arithmetic: we help each student believe in themselves, dare to dream big and understand that the future begins today, in a classroom.

Our name
Why “Dennis Ritchie”?
Our school is named after Dennis Ritchie, the American computer scientist who created the C language and co-created the UNIX operating system — two quiet inventions that still power almost the entire digital world today.
This choice reflects our ambition: to pass on to our students the curiosity, rigour and humility of the great builders, and to remind them that an idea born in a classroom can change the world.

Welcome to the official website of Dennis Ritchie School.
Choosing the school that will accompany your child through their crucial learning years is a founding decision. By naming our school after Dennis Ritchie, a pioneer of modern computing and creator of the C language, we wanted to anchor our educational project in a twofold promise: traditional academic excellence and openness to the world of tomorrow.
In the age of artificial intelligence and globalisation, we firmly believe that education must evolve. Our mission in Hay Hassani (Casablanca) is to cultivate in every student a rigorous analytical mind, perfect command of bilingualism and structured logical thinking. In the image of the scientific rigour that inspired our name, we prepare our learners to become the architects of their own future, able to innovate and adapt with agility.
